After talking with staff at the office and scheduling an appointment they were onsite at the pre determined time and looked the system over determined the pump was not right for the application and recommended proper pump to fit the application. Rick Stevens the serviceman had several options on the truck and recommended what would work for the system. I agreed to his recommendation and Steve and his partner removed and replaced unit with the new pump. Very pleased with the prompt service and the expertise was top notch. Went over the warranty and gave me all the information and a contact # if any issues. Very happy with this company. Highly recommended for any type of lift pump applications."
