| Stevens Electric & Pump Service Inc. prides itself on
being available for the customer
whenever a problem occurs. The normal
office hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
where a dispatcher will take all calls.
After normal business hours an answering
service takes the calls and will contact
the on call personnel. The on call crew
will make contact with the customer and
discuss the situation. If the customer
so chooses, we can attempt to talk them
through some of the minor tasks to get
the situation under control until normal
business hours the following day. If
not, our service crew will respond
quickly to the site, and make repairs as
needed. |
