| Retrofits of
Older Existing Lift Stations |

| Stevens Electric & Pump Service inc. will send and
experienced representative to the lift
station to be retrofitted and meet with
the customer. Together they will go over
the existing lift station and it's
deficiencies. The criteria that the
retrofit is to meet will be discussed
and documented so the customer will have
the desired end product. A complete
proposal will be prepared and sent to
the customer for approval. Once the
proposal is signed we will submit on the
materials we intend to use. When all
materials are approved they will be
ordered and a tentative schedule will be
set up. |

| Our service crews
will coordinate with the pumping
company, customer, and related utilities
so the project can be completed with the
shortest amount of lift station down
time. If by-pass pumping is needed a
plan will be discussed to be used the
day of the retrofit. We have been doing
retrofits for over 15 years either for a
former employer or in our own company. |

| We can provide a
completely new system still making use
of the existing wet well. Our scope of
work can be the replacement of pumps,
controls, electrical service,
discharging piping, valves, lift-out
systems, stand-by power units, etc. The
wide range of our abilities allows the
customer to use less of their time
making contacts and coordinating to get
a complete job. Stevens Electric and
Pump Service Inc. will warranty and
service all equipment it sells. |
